About the race
Mount Melleray Trail is a trail running event in County Waterford held on Sunday 16th August 2026. The main route covers 8.00 km with a total climb of 250 m and an alternative short course is available.

The route is fully marked and the use of GPS devices is not permitted. The event is part of the Coillte Summer/Autumn Trail League in Munster.
Entry fees are structured by age: seniors pay €7, while over 65s and under 18s pay €5. Entries close on Saturday 15th August 2026 at 18:00.
Mandatory kit is Level A basic. Runners must bring a showerproof, windproof jacket and have the means to carry required items. The organiser may finalise additional kit to be carried on the day depending on conditions.
