St. Thomas Mingle Jingle Run 5K and Turkey Trot
The event on November 7, 2026 in Sanford, Maine includes an in-person 5K, a virtual 5K, and a Turkey Trot fun run for children 12 and under. The in-person activities are based at Memorial Gym, 678 Main St., with the kids Turkey Trot held on the Cobb Stadium Track behind the gym.
The in-person 5K follows a mainly flat, fast, and scenic course on roads and trails. Strollers are permitted in the 5K. Post-race snacks and water are provided for participants. The Turkey Trot records the number of laps children complete; children under 12 must walk or run and bikes or strollers are not permitted for the Turkey Trot. Children under 12 who wish to participate in the main 5K should instead register for the Turkey Trot.
Registration details and fees are provided for each event. Registration opens July 27, 2026 and closes in early November 2026; age based pricing adjustments apply during checkout. Fees listed for events include a registration fee of $35 for both the in-person and virtual 5K and $25 for the Turkey Trot.
A holiday costume contest will be judged and a Best Costume Award presented. All participants are entered into an after-race raffle and winners are announced at the award ceremony.
