The Medoc Trail Races are an annual trail running event created in 2008 and held at Medoc Mountain State Park in Hollister, North Carolina. The event offers two distances that use the park trails and share the same start and finish area. The longer course includes additional mountain bike trails and a summit loop.

The event uses chip timing provided by Clockwork Timing. The 10 mile race has a 3 hour 20 minute cut off.
