Margaret River Ultra Marathon : May 8–9, 2027

The Margaret River Ultra Marathon is a multi-format trail running event held in the Margaret River region, Western Australia. The course runs through Karri forests, along cliff-top trails with coastal views, over granite domes and along white sandy beaches of the Cape to Cape coastline. The event offers solo and team options and a short race for children.

Race formats include:

80 km ultra marathon solo or in a relay team of 2 to 5 runners
42 km trail marathon solo
2 km kids race

Course locations:

80 km: Hamelin Bay to Howard Park
42 km: Yallingup to Howard Park
Kids race: Howard Park

Field limits are set for solo entries: 400 runners for the 80 km solo and 400 runners for the 42 km solo; the 80 km relay field is limited to 250 teams.
