About the race
The Maraton Beskidy is a mountain running event held in the Beskid Mountains near Zywiec. The competition follows a scenic course through the Skrzyczne massif, starting and finishing in Radziechowy. The route overlaps with the EKO Bieg Szlakiem Dudka and passes through several locations including Przybedza, Twardorzeczka, Ostre, Zimnik, and the peak of Skrzyczne at 1257 m above sea level. Participants also pass through Male Skrzyczne, Koscielec, the Zimnik Valley, and the Golgota Beskidow with its Jubilee Cross.

The race is held on a course with open road traffic, requiring runners to exercise caution at public road intersections. There are five refreshment points located along the route at the 7.5 km, 13 km, 20 km, 32 km, and 38 km marks. The time limit for completing the marathon is 9 hours. Registration is limited to 100 participants.
Each runner receives a starting number, a map, a commemorative t-shirt, and a gift. Those who reach the finish line are awarded a medal and a diploma. Warm meals and drinks are provided at the finish area. Participants must present a medical certificate and a valid ID or passport to take part.
