Liverpool MoRun
The Liverpool MoRun takes place at Croxteth Park, Liverpool (postcode L11 1EH). The event offers chip timed running across multiple distances and supports Movember, raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
Distances offered
- 1.5 km Mini MoRun chip timed
- 5 km one lap
- 10 km two laps
- Half marathon four laps plus an additional 1.1 km section
The course is a mix of path and trail, described as flat, dog friendly and generally OK for buggies, though some sections can be bumpy or muddy. The route is not suitable for wheelchairs. The event hub is located at the back of Croxteth Hall. Parking is limited; use parking off Muirhead Avenue East or Oak Lane where possible. Disabled permit holders can park near the Hall service entrance (postcode L12 0HB).
Participants receive a MoRunning medal and headband, a chip on the race number bib, water and finish-line sweets. Additional items and services include marked and marshalled course, medical cover, bag storage under manned gazebos, toilets at the event hub, spot prizes and champion medals. Mini MoRunners receive a dedicated Mini Mo medal, chip timing, headband, water and sweets, and awards for the first boy and girl.
