Lincoln Marabank 2027 Saturday
The Lincoln Marabank is a timed running event organised by Vigilantes Maravan CIC at Burton Waters near Lincoln. The event returns to Burton Waters for a third year and uses a flat, traffic-free canal towpath alongside the Fossdyke.
The event is a 7-hour timed event on a measured course. Runners may complete as many laps as they wish within the time limit. Medals are awarded to everyone who completes at least one lap. Marathon runners can choose an approved marathon distance that may be slightly over the standard length, and there is a possibility of an early start that gives marathon runners additional time to finish.
The event operates under an ARC permit and provides an aid station for runners. Entrant numbers are limited to 50. The minimum age is 18 years. Entries close on 20/02/2027. Transfers are permitted with advance notice and have their own closing date.

- Half marathon
- Marathon (approved distance, possibly slightly over)
- Ultra marathon
Entry fees are listed as Affiliated £30.00 and Unaffiliated £32.00. The organiser states that entry fees are non-refundable, but transfers to another runner are allowed with at least seven days' notice; deferral to the next year may be permitted in exceptionally poor weather.
