About the race
Leona Divide is a multi-distance trail event held in Lake Hughes, California. The event day is Saturday, April 17, 2027, with base operations at The Lakes Community Center, 17520 Elizabeth Lake Rd, Lake Hughes, CA 93532. Optional bib pickup is scheduled the day before the race, April 16, 2027, from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and bib pickup is also available from 5:15 on race morning.
The event offers multiple race distances:
- 30k
- 50k
- 50 mile
- 100k
- 100 mile
The Leona Divide 100k and 100 mile serve as qualifiers for the Western States 100. Qualifying cutoffs listed for those distances are 20 hours for the 100k and 33 hours for the 100 mile. Athlete guides are provided for each distance category, including separate guides for the 100 mile, the combined 100k and 50 mile, and the combined 50k and 30k.
