Legends Trail : race information
Legends Trail is a non-stop trail race of 350 km through the Belgian Ardennes in winter. The event uses a race headquarters at Collège St. Roch in Bernardfagne where registration at race HQ is mandatory for all participants.
The event is limited to 120 places and the entry fee for the 350 km race is €420. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; there is no waitlist. Cancellations are accepted until January 15 with a 50% refund. Transfers to another runner are allowed until February 1. No on-site registrations are accepted during the race weekend.
Logistics and support include a GPS tracker provided by the organisation, a race number, a finisher’s medal, well-stocked checkpoints, one hot meal per checkpoint, a post-race dinner, medical and safety teams, and showers and toilets at the finish. There are five checkpoints; each checkpoint offers a fresh warm meal with vegan and gluten-free options. Sleeping inside checkpoints is prohibited; participants must use their own sleeping system outside checkpoints.
The course is not marked; participants navigate using a GPX file that will be made available before the event. The tracker includes an SOS button that summons race control and emergency response; trackers must be returned after the race or a charge applies.
