About the race
KTR Campos do Jordão 2027 is a mountain trail running event held in Campos do Jordão, São Paulo on 9 and 10 April 2027. The event offers multiple distances on trails in the Serra da Mantiqueira, with varied terrain and notable altitude changes. Distances available include:
- 7K
- 12K
- 21K
- 30K
- 50K
- 80K
Races start from two main arenas: the Pico do Itapeva arena for the 7K, 12K, 21K and 30K and Parque do Capivari for the 50K and 80K. The event includes mandatory equipment checks for medium and ultra distances and lists specific required items by distance, including hydration reservoir and bottles, apito, phone, first aid kit, anorak waterproof jacket, emergency blanket and a head lamp for the longest distances. The kit provided to registered athletes contains a personalized KTR shirt, a visor or cap, a race bib with timing chip and a bag; additional kit items vary by registration lot. There are official kit pickup options in Campos do Jordão and partner stores, and an early-shipment option for registrations completed by specified dates. The event awards trophies for general and age-group classifications across all distances and enforces rules on route markings, control points and fair play.
