Knight Ruck at Gov. Dick
Knight Ruck is an evening ruck march held on September 25, 2026 at the Gov. Dick Environmental Center in Mt. Gretna, Pennsylvania. The event offers two course distances and separate categories for adults and juniors.

Weighted ruck requirements are specified: adults carry 35 lbs without water weight, and juniors carry 20% of their body weight without water. Participation without a ruck is allowed, but only weighted ruck marchers are eligible for prizes. Prizes are awarded to the top two finishers in each of the 8 mile, 4 mile, and junior categories.
Entry fees are stated by age group: adult (16 and older) entry is $45; junior entry (up to 15) is $35. Participants are expected to bring a ruck, a headlamp, and a water source.
Proceeds from the event are divided between The Knights of the Kingdom and the Gov. Dick Environmental Center. The event also accepts sponsors at several levels with defined benefits: Blaze Sponsor ($200), Trail Sponsor ($500), Tower Sponsor ($1,500), and Event Sponsor ($3,000). Sponsorship benefits include social media recognition, logo and name placement on the event webpage, and a number of rucker entries or gifts depending on level.
