Klapperkop Road or Trail Run/Walk
The event is a road and trail run or walk held at Klapperkop Nature Reserve in Pretoria, Gauteng. It offers multiple distance options with separate road and trail choices and does not require a license to enter.
Available distances and standard online entry fees:
- 2 km : R80 (half trail, half road)
- 5 km : R110
- 10 km : R130
- 15 km : R150
Reduced entry fee of R80 applies to children under 13 years and adults over 60 years for the applicable classes. An additional R30 is added for on-the-day entries; children and pensioners paying R80 are not charged the on-the-day surcharge. Road routes use only the internal roads within Klapperkop Nature Reserve and do not go onto public roads.
Amenities and event services include marked routes, water tables on all routes, finisher medals, venue entry and parking, snacks and drinks for sale, and Vitality points. Walking and hiking are permitted on the routes. Pets are not allowed. Cash, card and Snapscan are accepted on the day.
