Kinetic Day Out 2026
Kinetic Day Out 2026 takes place at the Field of Dreams on Carter Street in West Tamworth on October 31, 2026. The event runs on a measured 1 kilometre loop at the Carter Street baseball fields where participants complete as many laps as they choose during the event period.
Participants may run or walk solo, form a team, or join an existing team and record any number of laps. The collective goal for the day is 14,500 km, an aggregate distance equivalent to the length of Australia’s A1 Highway. The previous year more than 830 people completed 8,300 laps.
Proceeds and laps support The Beacon Truck, which provides meals and support to people in the local community. The event includes on-site amenities such as coffee and food vendors, games, recovery areas, and brand activations. The organiser lists a range of local sponsors and partner organisations.
The event description notes community participation from runners, walkers, families and broader community members, and highlights that each completed kilometre contributes to the fundraising and community support targets. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
