Kettle Cooker Trail Race
The Kettle Cooker Trail Race takes place at Glenroy Preserve in Nottingham, Pennsylvania on October 4, 2026. The event offers loop courses over preserved trails with historical features, creek crossings, and mixed terrain.
Distances
- 5 miles loop course
- 25K (15.5 miles) follows the 5 mile loop then diverts to additional trails
- 50K (32 miles) two loops of the 25K, passing aid stations twice
All courses include undulating hills, technical sections with rocks that can be slick, and multiple creek crossings (three on the 5 mile course, at least six for the longer distances). Trail-specific running shoes are suggested for traction and drainage. Bibs must be worn on the front of the body.
Support and services for registered participants include a timed bib, a race shirt, four on-course aid stations with water and various nutrition options (Aid Station 2 is water only and unmanned), post-race snacks and food, a complimentary beer for 21 and older, and additional finisher extras. Aid Station 3 includes a porta potty equipped with period boxes; all porta potty locations will have period boxes.
Pre-race packet pickup is available the day before at Lola's in Oxford, PA, with a limited race day pickup option. Registration is nonrefundable and transfers or deferrals are not offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
