Ivar Formos Minneløp

Ivar Formos Minneløp is a trail running event in Nordmarka held Saturday 10 October 2026 with start and finish at Sognsvann Snøpark (near NIH). The arena is accessible by metro to Kringsjå/Sognsvann or by car with parking at Sognsvann.

• Barneløp (children's race)

Start numbers are collected at the arena on race day; timing is recorded with disposable chips attached to the start number. Bib colours indicate distance: 17 km red, 10 km blue, 3 km green, and the children's race light blue.

There are drink stations on course: the 17 km route has three stations at Frønsvollstråkka, Skjennungen and Lynhytta; the 10 km route has a drink post near Store Åklungen close to Lynhytta. All participants receive drinks at the finish.

Bag storage is available for 17 km and 10 km in an enclosed area supervised by volunteers; participants use a clear garbage bag, a zip tie and a bag tag provided when collecting the start number and must show the tag at retrieval. A staffed first aid service covers the event, and course marshals and drink stations have first aid equipment. Toilets are available at the Lyn club house and rented facilities at the NIH bandyhuset.
