Hard Times 100
Hard Times 100 is an endurance event on the Northeast Texas Trail (NETT) based at the Love Civic Center in Paris, Texas, held January 2, 2027. The event offers multiple distance options and uses a primarily point-to-point trail corridor.

- 50K - actual distance 32.8 miles
- 100K - actual distance 68.7 miles
- 100M
- 100K RUCK
The course surface includes dirt, gravel, paved trails, roads, and sidewalks. Elevation is described as generally flat with about 1,000 ft of gain for the 100K and about 2,000 ft for the 100-mile. Historic average temperatures for the date are listed near 33 to 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Organizers note the NETT is under ongoing construction and the route may differ slightly on race day.
Required equipment and rules include a headlamp for all participants and a personal water-carrying system (no cups provided). Ruck weight requirements are 30 lb for runners over 150 lb and 20 lb for those under 150 lb; ruck sacks or vests are allowed. Crew access is allowed along the course and shuttle tickets to the 100K and 100M start are available.
Aid stations provide hot and cold foods, snacks, water, electrolytes, pickle juice, and ice. Drop bags may be left at aid stations (not at water-only stations) during packet pickup. Time limits are published for each distance; participants should note cutoffs. Awards include finisher medals for all distances and specific buckles and awards for 100K and 100M finishers.
