About the race
Ijen Green Trail 2026 is a trail running event held at Lapangan Paltuding, Banyuwangi on Saturday, 21 November 2026. The event is part of the Festival Banyuwangi program and is included for the second time in the Asia Trail Master series. The route area includes Kawah Ijen, known locally for its blue fire, and passes landscapes associated with Banyuwangi such as Hutan Lindung Baluran, Alas Purwo, and coastal areas used for surfing.
The organizer publishes regulations, a race guide with route details and checkpoint information, and a downloadable GPX file for the course. The event offers multiple race categories with published entry fees for Indonesian participants (WNI) and maximum time limits for each distance as follows:
- 8 km IGT 8km, fee Rp400.000, time limit 3 hours 30 minutes
- 14 km IGT 14km, fee Rp500.000, time limit 5 hours
- 25 km IGT 25km, fee Rp700.000, time limit 8 hours
- 50 km IGT 50km Ultra (Ijen Mountain Marathon), fee Rp1.000.000, time limit 18 hours
