The event takes place on 01/30/2027 at 885 Mount Olivet Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101. Runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Registration closes 01/30/2027 at 09:00. Listed entry fees are $30.00 for the 5K, $45.00 for the 10K, and $65.00 for the Half Marathon.

All courses use a gravel surface. The 5K and 10K share a loop described as 0.78 miles with an out and back distance of 1.56 miles; the 5K completes that out and back two times and the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09 mile loop with an out and back of 2.18 miles and completes that out and back six times. The event enforces a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
