Gone Loco
Gone Loco is an endurance event in Athens, TN held on the Eureka Trail. The event is organized by East Coast Adventures and uses a marathon certified course (TN25001MS) on a former railroad bed that passes through woodlands, rural landscapes, and the community of Mashburn toward Englewood.

The trail surface is fine mesh gravel and is described as flat and very runnable. The race operates with two fully stocked aid stations, one at the start and finish area and one at the turnaround in Englewood; Hoist is listed as a hydration sponsor. A livestream on YouTube provides real-time race coverage, interviews, and on-course tracking.
The event includes an open ruck or weighted vest division for the 11 mile distance. Required minimum weights are 30 lb for men, 15 lb for women, 20 lb for boys under 15, and 10 lb for girls under 15; weights must be steel or clearly stamped plates and will be verified at weigh-in. Finishers in the ruck division receive a patch; no weigh-in means no patch. Packet pickup is available the morning of the race and the evening before at the start of the Eureka Trail.
