Gigha Run
Gigha Run takes place on 26 September 2026 on the Isle of Gigha. Proceeds from the event will support the Gigha paths network and its continued development. The organiser is Campbeltown Running Club and the venue is Gigha Village Hall in Ardminish, Isle of Gigha, Argyll PA41 7AD.
The course is a trail loop that can be run once or twice. The route starts at the village hall, heads west to Keill cottages, then turns south across Achamore Farm. Runners continue straight to the cross road at Leim, then head east along a farm track to the main road, follow the main road to the fire station, and turn left onto the trail back toward the village hall. One lap makes 4.5 km and two laps make 9 km.

The surface includes aggregate paths, farm tracks, and the main road, and will include uneven sections. A maximum of 100 runners is set for the event. No dogs are permitted on the run. The organiser notes a service fee of 4% with a minimum charge of 50p applied to each sign-up. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
