Gigha Run 2026
Gigha Run takes place on 26 Sep 2026 on the Isle of Gigha. The event starts and finishes at Gigha Village Hall in Ardminish, Isle of Gigha, Argyll PA41 7AD. Proceeds support the Gigha paths network and its continued development. The event status is open and entries close on 20 Sep 2026 at 23:59.
The course follows a marked trail that uses aggregate paths, farm tracks, and the main road and includes uneven surfaces. The route heads west from the village hall to Keill cottages, then turns south across Achamore Farm. Runners continue straight to the cross road at Leim, then head east along a farm track to the main road, follow the main road to the fire station, and turn left onto the trail back toward the village hall. That sequence is one lap of the trail. A maximum of 100 runners is allowed. Dogs are not permitted on the run.
