Frost or Fog 10-Mile, 1/4 Marathon & 5K
The event takes place in Upper Bidwell Park with a meeting point at 357 Centennial Dr, Chico, CA. Courses include sections of gravel, trail and road. Pre-race coffee will be provided by Bidwell Perk.

The 10 Miles course follows the 1/4 Marathon route and continues past Bear Hole for approximately 1.75 miles before turning around to return on the same route. The turnaround for this year is at the junction where B-trail meets Upper Park Road, owing to damage from the Park Fire.
The 1/4 Marathon (6.55 miles) shares the same start as the 5K until the Shooting Range. Runners pass the Shooting Range, continue to Bear Hole, turn around there, return along the road, pass the Shooting Range again, then turn left onto 5 Mile Way and finish at the far end of the footbridge.
The 5K (3.1 miles) begins at 5 Mile on the levee, continues onto Wildwood Trail to the Shooting Range, then turns around and returns along the bike path, turning left onto 5 Mile Way to finish at the far end of the footbridge.
