Frog Hill Half/10k/5k and Frog Hill Challenge : Waynesville, MO
This weekend event in Waynesville, Missouri, offers multiple race distances organized by Frog Fitness Group on the weekend of October 2–3, 2026. Races begin and end in town locations and lead along the banks of the Roubidoux River, passing a view of Frog Rock and fall foliage in the Ozarks.

The Leapfrog 5k is held in Waynesville Park and uses a chip timed, flat out and back course. The 10k and half marathon start behind East Elementary and finish in Waynesville Park; shuttle service returns participants to the start area. Packet pickup is available the day before in Waynesville Park and on race morning at the FEMA shelter behind East Elementary. Food is provided after the 5k.
The Frog Hill Challenge combines the Leapfrog 5k on Friday with one of the Saturday distances; completing both events earns an additional medal. Child registration is available for ages 6–18 using the event code ACTIVEKIDS; those child registrations receive a medal but no shirt. Shirts are not guaranteed for registrations made after September 1, 2026. A Route 66 challenge option is offered for an extra fee as part of a multi event series.
