Finger Lakes Mud Run
The Finger Lakes Mud Run is the 16th annual obstacle course event held on Saturday, September 11, 2027, on the grounds of Everest Park in Auburn, New York (5343 North Road, 13021). The event includes a full outdoor course and a separate shorter course for younger participants.
The full Mud Run course typically features about 35 obstacles (count noted in 2026) and is usually just over four miles long. The Mini Muddy is a shorter, scaled down obstacle course designed for younger children.
Participation rules and fees are specified by the organizer. Children aged 10 and older may enter the full Mud Run; children aged 10 through 12 must be accompanied by an adult team member. The Mini Muddy is intended for children aged 5 through 10, and adult guardians may accompany a child at no extra cost. Published registration fees are $55.00 for the full Mud Run and $20.00 for the Mini Muddy. Registration opens October 1, 2026 and closes December 31, 2026.
Net proceeds and donations from registration support Champions for Life, Inc., a non-profit organization in Auburn, NY, which operates the CFL Sports Center, Everest Park, and the Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage. For the 2027 event, donations received during registration will be directed to organizations that work with people affected by 9/11, post-9/11 military service, first responder support, and children in the foster care system.
