Faster For Foster Trail Run
Faster For Foster Trail Run is a charity trail event held in April 2027 in Thompson's Station, Tennessee. It benefits New To You, Inc., a local 501 c 3 nonprofit that supports foster children in middle Tennessee. Organizers state that one hundred percent of race proceeds will go to helping foster children, and foster children and foster families may register for free on an honor system.

Both races take place on the trails at Preservation Park. The 10K follows the 5K course twice. The course is marked with ground flags and includes a short out and back section around mile 1.25 to 1.75 with a water stop at about mile 1.5 where organizers will record bib numbers. Early sections run on grass or gravel jeep road with wide trails. A later portion is narrow technical single track with roots and rocks and then a final downhill finish toward the pavilion. The race is dog friendly; dogs must be kept on leash. Runners are asked to follow leave no trace principles and to yield when passing by announcing on your left.
Packet pickup locations include Fleet Feet Cool Springs and the pavilion at Preservation Park. Awards are planned for overall top finishers in female and male categories plus a K9 award and age group recognitions by decade. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
