About the race
Eventyrsport Gribskov Trail is a trail running event in Gribskov within Nationalpark Kongernes Nordsjælland. Routes start from an open meadow by the old asphalt factory near Helsingevej and run through beech forest, across Frederik den 2.'s canal, past forest lakes such as Rødedammen and Store Ondesø, and over the steep Fruebjerg and Helledes Bakke climbs. Surfaces vary between gravel, grass, forest floor, sand and mud. Routes are fully marked with orange flags and yellow and black arrows at critical points.

- 8 km
- 14 km
- 22 km
The 5 km and 8 km are single loops; the 14 km and 22 km combine loop sections. Timing is electronic with chip timing and results are uploaded to the ITRA Performance Index. Participants receive a start number, on-course and finish refreshment stations, a medal and printable diploma. Prizes are awarded to the first three men and women in each distance. A free childrens run is included. GPX files for the routes can be downloaded if desired.
Facilities at the race site include registration, toilets, parking next to the venue and baggage storage at the race office. There are no toilets or showers on the course, and dogs and baby joggers are not allowed. Public transport option: Bus 303 stops about 500 m from the event site. Registration is binding but start numbers can be transferred via Sportstiming. Safety information and first aid procedures are provided at the event.
