Northumberland Coastal Trail Run
This event takes place in Bamburgh on the Northumberland coast and offers four trail distances: 10K, half marathon, marathon and ultra. The course runs along coastal terrain with sand and dunes and is described as moderate in difficulty. The coastline includes sandy beaches, rolling dunes, rocky cliffs and nearby islands, with Bamburgh Castle visible from the bayside setting.

Ascent varies by distance, from about 190 ft for the 10K to about 1,631 ft for the ultra. The course is fully marked and uses electronic timing; on-site amenities, a finishers medal and an energy bar are included for participants. The event is part of the Endurancelife season leaderboard; runners who complete a distance are awarded points based on performance.
Optional add-ons are listed for participants, including an event safety kit at £12, all-day parking at £3, optional coach transport to the start at £4 (dogs allowed on the coach) and a 10-minute massage option at £10.80. Entry prices shown for the main categories are £35 for the 10K, £47 for the half, £59 for the marathon and £71 for the ultra.
Refund and transfer policies are provided: full refund if cancelling within 30 days of booking, transfers to another person up to 14 days before the event, changes to other events up to 30 days before, and full refunds if the event is cancelled. If an event is postponed, entrants can accept the new date, transfer to another event, or request a refund subject to a booking and card processing fee up to £20.
