Trail shoes are recommended. Poles and pacers are permitted; pets are not permitted. Runners must stay on park trails and follow Leave No Trace principles. WV State Parks prohibit alcohol.
Two fully stocked aid stations will be available at the start/finish area and at the halfway point, offering electrolytes, water, soda, a variety of food including vegan options, and salt caps. Disposable cups will be limited; runners should carry their own cups or bottles.
