EHQ Valley Falls 6 and 12 Hour
EHQ Valley Falls is a timed trail running event held at Valley Falls State Park in Fairmont, WV on May 8, 2027. The event offers multiple race formats and relay options on a looped trail that features significant climbing and varied terrain.

The course is roughly a 5.25 mile loop with about 750 feet of vertical gain per loop. Surfaces include gravel service roads, single track, stream crossings, rocky climbs, and rolling trails, and the route passes the park falls. The 2027 course runs clockwise and will be clearly marked.
Two fully stocked aid stations serve the start/finish and the halfway point with electrolytes, water, soda, food options including vegan items, and salt caps. Runners are asked to carry their own cup or handheld; disposable cups will be limited. Personal aid stations and crews are permitted, but canopy placement is restricted in gravel parking areas. Facilities include one restroom with running water and a porta potty; showers are not available on site. Valley Falls closes at night and camping is not permitted.
Race rules note that only full laps count, poles and pacers are allowed, pets are prohibited, trail shoes are recommended, and participants must stay on park trails and follow Leave No Trace. Entry fees are shown in the event offer range and refunds are available at 50% until 30 days prior; transfers and deferrals are permitted until five days prior subject to organizer procedures.
