About the race

EDWINS Run for Re-Entry pairs a trail course and a neighborhood fun run/walk at EDWINS in Cleveland Heights, with proceeds benefiting EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute. The event includes a trail run that starts and ends at the EDWINS location and crosses off-road terrain including water crossings, rocky and uneven surfaces, uphill sections, and narrow trails through Doan Creek, with a small amount of road running. The neighborhood mile fun run or walk follows sidewalks near EDWINS and is stroller and family friendly. Registration opens July 10, 2026, and closes October 15, 2026.

Pre-registration fees are Run $30 and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk $20; late and race day fees are Run $35 and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk $25. Packet pick-up is held at EDWINS Restaurant on race day; shirt supply is guaranteed for pre-registered runners and is subject to availability on race day. Awards are given to the top three men and top three women in each age group. Age groups are 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
