East Texas Ultra is a trail run and ruck event on May 15, 2027 at Mineola Nature Preserve in Mineola, Texas, organized by Texas Outlaw Running. The event offers multiple loop distances on shaded piney trails that include Navajo, Greer Hill, Sendera, and Rawhide.

The course surface is a mix of gravel, dirt, and pavement with a slightly hilly profile, about 200 ft elevation gain per loop. Distance format is loop based: the 50K is seven loops, the 28K is four loops, the 14K is two loops, and the 7K is one loop. This is a cupless event; water refill stations are provided for participants to refill their own bottles or hydration systems.
Ruck entries must carry a minimum of 25 lb and may use a ruck sack or vest. Pacing rules allow one pacer per runner and restrict pacers to the final two loops of the 50K, which together total 14K. Aid stations, course markings, volunteers, and on course photography are part of the event support.
Finishers receive event apparel and medals, including specific 50K finisher medals and a 7K RUCK patch. The race is part of the Texas Ultra Series where series medals combine to form the Lone Star and top finishers may qualify for the Big Texas Ultra 100K Championship near Austin.
