Dirty Spokes Fort Yargo Cannonball Run
This trail running event takes place at Fort Yargo State Park, Entrance B, in Winder, GA on Dec 5, 2026. The race is part of the Off The Grid Trail Run Series and is presented by Chateau Elan. Registration and race activity are organized at Entrance B; that entrance is located about 1/2 to 3/4 mile from the park main entrance, near the fire station and the traffic light. Parking is available in the lower lot near the UGA Boat House.

Entry fees vary by distance and registration date: for the 8.75 mile race there is an early price through Nov 22, a late window from Nov 23 to Dec 3, and a race day price; the 3.10 mile race follows the same three-tier pricing structure. A super soft tri-blend shirt is included with registration in men's and women's sizes, with no guarantee for late or race day registrants.
Georgia State Parks requires a $10 parking fee per car or an annual park pass. Awards are divided into standard age-group categories from 14 and under through 80 plus, plus Masters, Grandmasters, and Senior Grandmasters for male and female divisions; awards are presented to the top three in each category.
