Inflatable 5K Derby
The event is an inflatable obstacle course and fun run held at The Showground, Elvaston Castle Country Park in Derby on Saturday 17 April 2027. Participants can choose lap-based distances and run, jog, or walk the course while passing inflatable obstacles and music zones. Every participant receives a finisher's medal and a finisher's goodie. Event facilities include medical cover, event photography, toilets, a free spectators area, and food and drink vendors.
Distances available:
- 2.5k, 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k, 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k, 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k, 6 laps, 90 obstacles
Each lap is 2.5k and repeats the same inflatable obstacles. The course includes five music zones and a water station positioned midway along the route. Parking at the venue is charged at £5 per car. A bag drop service is available for £3 per bag with size limits and security searches; loose items are not accepted in bag drop. Dogs are not permitted at the event. Children aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of three children to one adult.
