Inflatable 5K Derby - Donington Park
An inflatable obstacle course and fun run takes place at Donington Park in Derbyshire on Saturday 17 April 2027. The course is made up of 2.5 km laps featuring large inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels; the 5K distance comprises two laps and includes 30 obstacles after three additional obstacles were added for this edition. The route includes five music zones and a midway water station.
Distances available are:
- 2.5k 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k 6 laps, 90 obstacles
The event is untimed. All participants receive a finisher's medal, finish-line goodies and a post-run drink. The organiser provides medical cover, event photography, a clearly marked route and a free spectators area. Food and drink vendors are on site and toilets are available.
Practical information: parking is charged at £5 per car, bag drop is £3 per bag and dogs are not allowed. Children aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult at a ratio of up to three children per adult. Volunteers receive a free run entry and an official T-shirt. Recommended kit includes light running clothing and suitable footwear; sharp objects and sharp jewellery are not permitted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
