Dempo Trail Run 2026
Dempo Trail Run is a trail running event held at the foot of Mount Dempo in conjunction with the 25th anniversary of Pagar Alam city. The event takes place on Saturday, 5 December 2026, and offers multiple race categories that run through tea plantations and mountain-side terrain.
Race information and official policies are provided through event regulations and a race guide. A GPX file for the course is available for download. The 25 km category includes a route that reaches the summit area of Mount Dempo via Kampung 4. Participants in each category will encounter scenic views of tea gardens at the mountain base.
Available categories:
- 7 km : course through tea plantations, time limit 3 hours.
- 14 km : course through tea plantations and mountain foot, time limit 5 hours.
- 25 km : route to near the Dempo summit via Kampung 4, time limit 10 hours.
