Event Overview

Race Categories
The event offers three distinct distances for participants:
- 7 km: This route passes through the tea plantations at the foot of Mount Dempo and has a time limit of 3 hours.
- 14 km: Runners on this course experience the scenery of the tea plantations and the mountain base with a time limit of 5 hours.
- 25 km: This route leads participants to the summit of Mount Dempo via the Kampung 4 trail and has a time limit of 10 hours.
The competition is held on a Saturday and includes specific rules, regulations, and participant requirements.
