Demi-marathon de Blainville : 10th edition
The Demi-marathon de Blainville takes place on Sunday 13 September 2026 and is presented by Biron. The event offers a range of race distances and a walking event:

- 5 km
- 5 km urban/fast walk
- 2 km
- 1 km (12 years and under)
A new 5 km half-trail half-road race debuts for this 10th edition. The course combines road sections, cross-country trails in the Parc Équestre, a passage near the Plans-Bouchard ruins, and urban segments.
The event holds an OR sanction from Athlétisme Québec, which allows records to be ratified. Timing is done with chip technology and water stations are available on the routes. On-site services include first aid, kilometer markings, secured courses, included photos, snacks, participation medals for all finishers, and volunteer support.
Performance prizes are awarded to the top three women and top three men in the 5 km. Souvenir gifts are given to the top three performances by age category and sex for the 5 km, 10 km and the half-marathon.
