Demi-Marathon de Blainville
The Demi-Marathon de Blainville is scheduled for Sunday 13 September 2026 and is presented by Biron. The event marks its 10th edition and is organized by the Club d'athlétisme Corsaire-Chaparral at Parc Équestre in Blainville.
The program includes multiple distances and a newly added 5 km event in 2026 described as a mixed trail and road course. That 5 km combines road sections, the cross-country trails of the Parc Équestre, a passage near the ruines des Plans-Bouchard and urban segments.
The event holds an OR sanction from Athlétisme Québec, allowing records to be homologated. Prize money is awarded to the first three women and first three men in the 5 km elite category. Profits support the Club d'athlétisme Corsaire-Chaparral.
Services listed for participants include professional chip timing, water points on course, first aid on site, secure and marked courses with kilometre markings, included photos, snacks, and a participation medal for all finishers.
