Dashing Through the Snow 5K - Saginaw
Dashing Through the Snow is a trail 5K at Imerman Memorial Park in Saginaw on December 13, 2026. The event is presented with partners Bayne’s Apple Valley, Jolt Credit Union and Team One Credit Union, and proceeds benefit the Barb Smith Suicide Resource & Response Network. The event will be USATF sanctioned and professionally managed with online timing and posted results.
The course is a 1.5 mile loop completed twice on a firmly packed trail that winds through woods and along the Tittabawassee River. The trail is mostly flat with a few small inclines, will be ungroomed and will not be plowed if snow arrives. A water station near pavilion 4 will be passed twice on the course.
Distance: 5K Run/Walk/Ruck. Registration is limited to 350 participants. Packet pickup and late registration take place Sunday, December 13 from 9AM to 11AM at Bayne’s Apple Valley, 5395 Midland Rd, Freeland, MI; Bayne’s is approximately 3 miles from Imerman Memorial Park.
T-shirts and custom finisher medals are provided; T-shirt sizes are guaranteed only for registrations completed before midnight Sunday, December 6. Overall awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers and to top Masters (40+) male and female participants. Results will be posted within 48 hours of race completion.
Refunds are not provided except when the event is cancelled for reasons within organizer control. Transfers to other participants are not allowed; transfers to another Dig Deep owned event may be permitted with documentation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
