Croome By Night Summer edition

Croome By Night Summer edition is scheduled for 10 August 2026 at Croome Park, nr High Green, WR8 9DW. The event is organised by Black Pear Joggers and is described as an informal, untimed group run.

The route follows much of the original Croome Capability Canter while avoiding wooded areas. The course takes in a section around the lake and crosses the bridge to the Island Pavilion. The uphill start from the original route is not included.

The course is one lap, off road and multi terrain with an undulating profile. Trail shoes are recommended and spikes are not suitable. The route is traffic free but it is not wheelchair accessible. There are no water stations and no distance markers.

All runners receive cake and tea and coffee after the run and refreshments are provided. Donations of cake are welcomed. Toilets are available. There is no changing facility or bag storage and parking is limited.

Entry is available on the day with card or cash payment; postal entry is not offered. Minimum age is 18. A pre run safety briefing is held. Profits from the event are given to the National Trust to help maintain Croome Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
