Cornbelt Running Club 24 Hour Run
The Cornbelt Running Club 24 Hour Run is a timed track event held May 1 to May 2, 2027, at 3560 N Brady St, Davenport, IA 52806-6005. The event runs for 24 hours and awards the male and female runners who cover the most miles in that time.
Registration opens September 30, 2026 and closes March 31, 2027. The field is limited to 60 runners and the registration fee is $120.00. Proceeds benefit the CBRC Children's Running Programs. All entrants receive a T-shirt.
Volunteers count laps for each participant. The event allows running, walking, or crawling; no mechanical assistance is permitted. Participants may be required to use the second lane or beyond and pylons may be placed in the inside lane. Runners who leave the track must notify their lap counters when leaving and returning. Race numbers must be displayed to assist lap timers. Lap counters typically work three hour shifts and lap direction changes after the first four hours and then every three hours.
Restroom facilities are within 70 feet of the track. The race provides water and some other items but participants are responsible for their own handlers and aid. Gatorade is the official drink. Awards include a trophy or hour glass for overall male and female winners and plaques for runners who exceed 100 km. Organizers are working to secure post-race showers and will provide more information closer to the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
