Collegeville Ultra
The Collegeville Ultra is a set of trail races held at Saint John's Abbey Arboretum in Collegeville, MN. The event offers multiple looped distances over mixed surfaces that include dirt, double track, single track, boardwalk, and paved trails.
Distances
- 10 Mile : 1 loop
- 20 Mile : 2 loops
- 50K : 3 loops plus a short additional section
The 10 mile loop moves through the Arboretum, which covers nearly 3,000 acres and includes prairie, oak savanna, hardwood and conifer forest, lakes, and wetlands.
Aid stations and event procedures are set up to limit environmental impact. There are two aid stations per loop; Aid Station 1 is at the start and offers space for drop bags, and Aid Station 2 is located near the Stone Gate and is accessible to support crews via the Old Entrance Road. Runners pass Aid Station 2 twice during each loop and must check in at each aid station and record their race number. This is a cupless event, so runners must carry their own containers.
Participants registered before April 13 will be guaranteed a race t-shirt. Each distance awards a finisher medallion, and there is recognition for the fastest first lap regardless of entered distance. Packet pickup is available one hour before the race on race day. Registration closes Fri, Apr 30 at 11:59 PM CT. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
