Coast to Coast Copper Trail Half Marathon 2027
The Coast to Coast Copper Trail Half Marathon is a 13.1 Miles trail run across Cornwall on 22 May 2027. The route runs from Portreath on the north coast to Devoran Quay on the south coast and follows two historic transport routes first opened in 1812 that were used to move copper to the ports of Portreath and Devoran.
The event includes a midway checkpoint offering fluid and salt or sugar snacks. There is no cut off time. Canicross is welcome and a Canicross category is offered over the same distance. All runners will receive a Coast to Coast Copper Trail medal and awards will be given to top finishers. Runners must carry fluid and a mobile phone and the minimum age is 18 years. An optional minibus return to Portreath is available.
The event is timed by ST App Service and there will be no chip timing. A silent disco at the finish may take place subject to the weather. Registration for the event is closed.
