Charleston Itty Bitty 50
The Charleston Itty Bitty 50 is a point to point, self supported 50 mile running event held in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The route starts at the end of the Charleston West Ashley Greenway and follows roads and public spaces through the Charleston area, including crossings of the Ashley River Bridge and the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, passages by the Citadel and Hampton Park, segments through Mount Pleasant Old Village, Sullivan's Island and the Isle of Palms, and finishes at the Peyton Johnson Moore Track and Field at Park West in Mount Pleasant.

The event uses open public roads with no course markings and no scheduled aid stations. Runners are responsible for their own support, including getting to the start, arranging crewing or resupply along the route, and travel after the finish. There are no refunds or bib transfers. Entry requires a $30 donation to cover a tracker rental; any remaining funds or donations support the Peyton Johnson Moore Fund.
This is the fifth running of the Charleston Itty Bitty 50. Registration opens February 14, 2026, with 75 spots available and a waitlist that opens after those spots fill; registration closes December 11, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
