Inflatable 5K Cardiff
The Inflatable 5K in Cardiff is a lap-based inflatable obstacle-course fun run taking place on Saturday 26 June 2027. The course is made up of repeated 2.5 km laps featuring giant slides, tunnels and bouncy obstacles. Music zones are placed around the route to provide atmosphere.
Distances available:
- 2.5k, 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k, 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k, 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k, 6 laps, 90 obstacles
The event is untimed and provides a finisher's medal, a goodie bag, event photography, medical cover and a marked route. A water station is located midway along the course. Food and drink vendors are on site and toilets are provided. Spectators may watch from designated areas at no extra charge.
Entry rules and services include age categories (adult 16+, child 5–15), a requirement that children aged 5 to 15 run with a paying participating adult at a 3:1 child to adult ratio, and a bag drop service charged at £3. Dogs are not permitted. There is no on-site parking; public car parks are located nearby and parking charges are the responsibility of attendees.
