Cancer Warriors 5k - Baltimore, MD
The Cancer Warriors 5k takes place on September 26, 2026 in Baltimore, MD and is organized by Cancer Warriors Inc., a certified 501c3 nonprofit. The event is the 11th annual edition and features a 5K distance with all proceeds directed to cancer research institutions.
The in person course is a simple out and back that starts at the Ma & Pa Trail Head in Belair, near Independent Brewery. Runners head south on the trail, after the second stream crossing stay right at the fork, cross under Route 24, continue to a turnaround point near the Tollgate Road underpass, and return to the start. The event will use the classic stopwatch timing method.
A virtual option is available. Virtual runners may complete the 5K on a course of their choice between September 1 and September 20 and submit their time to the race director via the UltraSignup website. Participants may opt in for a t shirt add on. There is also a free registration option listed as Donation Only to make a contribution without attending in person.
