About the race
Bromo Tengger Semeru Ultra Run is scheduled for 07-08 November 2026 in TNBTS, East Java. The event offers multiple race distances that start and finish at Artotel Cabin, Bromo.
Participants run at various altitude levels inside Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Course surfaces include rural back roads, forest paths, prairie and areas of volcanic sand around 2,200 masl. Runners will pass locations with views of Mount Semeru (3,676 masl) and Lake Ranu Kumbolo (2,400 masl).
New or changed categories for this edition include an 18 km short course described as a short and fun experience, and a revised 35 km course extended from the previous 30 km layout.

- 8 km - 373 m elevation gain
- 18 km - 555 m elevation gain
- 35 km - 1305 m elevation gain
- 70 km - 2960 m elevation gain
- 100 km - 4187 m elevation gain
- 170 km - 7439 m elevation gain
