BougeBouge holds a running event at Parc Frédéric Back in Montreal offering several trail distances in a park setting that combines nature and sporting activities.

All distances are certified by the Quebec Athletics Federation and the course is organized as trail runs. Timing is provided by a specialised company and results are published by age categories from young children to 60 years and over.
Logistics and services Bib pick-up is available the day before at a city collection point and on the event morning for participants living more than 50 km away. There will be one refill station on the course; no paper cups will be provided. Gels will be available on course and participants must keep their waste until the end to avoid disqualification. Indoor restrooms in the chalet and portable toilets will be available along the route. No official checkroom is provided; belongings should be left in a vehicle or with a trusted person. Parking is available on nearby streets and at a local service centre; the stadium parking lot is reserved for stadium users.
Registration and materials Ticket prices include platform fees and may increase in the 90 days before the event. Race tickets are non-refundable unless the organiser cancels the event. Every finisher receives a standard medal; a personalised medal can be purchased only during online registration and is distributed at bib pick-up.
