All distances are certified as trail runs. The 21.1 km distance has Athletics Canada certification. Timing is provided by Sportstats and results are published with age-category classifications. One or more aid stations are placed along the course; only one refill water station is available on the course, no cups will be provided, and gels will be available. Participants must keep any waste with them until disposal points to avoid disqualification.
Registration details include online registration closing the Thursday before the event, progressive price increases in the 90 days prior, and a platform fee added at checkout. Bib pick-up is scheduled on the day before and the morning of the event (on-site pick-up is available for participants living more than 50 km away). A free bib transfer is possible during pick-up with proof of payment. Personalized medals must be ordered online before the registration deadline; all finishers receive a standard BougeBouge medal and an additional finisher’s prize that may vary.
Facilities: indoor restrooms in the chalet, outdoor portable toilets, and free street parking on Papineau and surrounding streets; the stadium lot is reserved for stadium users.
