The Bluebell Bash
The Bluebell Bash is a spring trail running event held in the bluebell woods around Manswood, Wimborne (BH21 5BB). The courses run through forested areas with varied terrain; the route includes a few hills and offers views across the surrounding countryside. The start location is remote and the organiser provides a What3Words reference for navigation.

Included on race day are a finisher’s medal, well-stocked aid stations, trophies for top male and female finishers, an event photographer, post-race refreshments, a medic team, and a way-marked route. There is a carpark at the start and onsite toilets. Entry fees listed range from £18 to £32 depending on the distance and category.
Participants must collect race numbers on the morning of the event; numbers are not posted out in advance. There is no secure baggage drop, so leaving belongings in a vehicle is advised. Age minimums apply on race day: half marathon 17 and over, 10K 15 and over, 5K 11 and over. Access to the venue is via narrow local roads near the hamlet of Manswood Bottom; directional signage is used from nearby villages. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
