About the race
The Beaudry Fall Classic is a timed-loop trail race held at Beaudry Provincial Park just west of Winnipeg, Manitoba, scheduled for October 2–4, 2026. The event takes place on Treaty 1 Territory, the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, Dene Peoples and the homeland of the Metis Nation.
Each loop is approximately 5.1 km. Solo timed options are offered in 6, 12, 24, and 48 hour formats. A Friday Night Sunset Fun Run 10k will be offered for 2026 as a separate, informal option. The event uses loop counting with an assisted timing area; timing will be handled with the UltraSignup timing app and there will be no live tracking. Results are posted on UltraSignup after the event.
Entry includes a patch and mug, a personalized bib, a supported aid station at the start/finish, space for personal gear and tent set-up for longer events, and full-time on-site certified first aid. Accomplishment awards are given for milestone distances including 50k, 100k, 100 miles, 150 miles and 200 miles with buckle recognition for 100 mile plus achievements. No winner prizing is offered.
Registration has early and regular windows and a cap of 100 registrants. A pay-by-e-transfer option in 2026 provides discounted entry and a full refund option up to August 30. The event has a no-refund and no-deferral policy except where e-transfer refunds apply prior to that date. Bib transfers and event-upgrade changes are allowed only until registration closes.
Route highlights include forest terrain and sections along the Assiniboine River. Aid station food differs by race length with hotter options for 24 and 48 hour participants and standard fare for 6 and 12 hour participants. The race is cup free at aid stations and requires racers to bring their own cup for certain drinks. Pacers are permitted in the second half of the 24 and 48 hour events and must be self-sufficient. Drop bag space and tenting are larger for longer events. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
