ATW St Albans Summer 10K - Highfield Park, St Albans

The ATW St Albans Summer 10K is scheduled for 18 July 2027 at Highfield Park in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The event is organised by Active Training World and is presented as a summer running event with an accompanying event village.

The route is a single lap that starts and finishes in Highfield Park. It follows the scenic, flat, tree-lined Alban Way, loops through Sleapshyde and returns along the Alban Way to a grass finish in the event village. The course is predominantly traffic-free and is tarmac for most sections.

The event village includes a FREE Family Fun Run, a Kids' Zone and catering from the Cow Juice Café. After the race there are options such as ice cream and post-race sports massage, and finishers receive a bespoke medal and finish-line snacks. Every participant receives a chip-timed result and experienced pacers are available. Marshals and volunteers support the route and professional photographers provide event photos available to download free of charge.

Additional practical details include a listed entry price of £31 and parking available at a charge of £3 depending on field conditions. St Albans City Station is around a 1.5 mile walk from the venue. Transfers to other ATW events are permitted up to 48 hours before the event; refunds and transfers to another person are not offered. The event partners with Alzheimer’s Research UK for fundraising opportunities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
