Annaloughan Loop 10K Trail Run
The Annaloughan Loop is a 10 km trail event on the Cooley Peninsula. The course runs from and returns to McCrystals Track, Jenkinstown, Dundalk, Co. Louth (A91 KD68). The route combines runnable trail sections and natural terrain and offers extended views along the way. The total elevation on the route is 240 m.
Entry includes a professionally measured and certified course, chip timing for results, a finisher’s medal, finish-line refreshments and goodies, and a photowall. There is no cut-off time for the event.
On-site facilities note that the event provides plenty of on-site parking. A bag drop is located beside the start and finish area; participants should use the tear-off label from their race number and restrict items to one small waterproof bag. Race numbers are posted for entrants who signed up at least three weeks before the event; collection is required for overseas addresses, incomplete addresses, or registrations within three weeks of the event. A race village is provided on race day.
