Amazing Race: Chamber Series
Amazing Race: Chamber Series is the second annual team adventure produced by the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce and scheduled for April 3, 2027 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The event location is listed as 520 Barracuda Blvd.
Teams consist of exactly two racers and each participant must register individually. Racers must be at least 10 years old on race day; teams that include participants aged 10 to 15 must also include at least one racer age 18 or older. Registration materials indicate an event shirt is provided for each team member and race bibs are required and must remain clearly visible.
The course includes more than 20 obstacles that combine puzzles, problem-solving and physical tasks. Participants should expect to get wet and must keep shoes on at all times. Organizers state no participant will be asked to lift anything unreasonably heavy and volunteers can adjust any challenge that feels unsafe. An optional Buy-Out Challenge is available for a fee of $20 cash per team.
Award categories include overall fastest team, fastest female team, fastest male team, fastest co-ed team, and best costume.
