Alnwick Castle Trail Runs 2027

Wild Deer Events stages two trail distances around Alnwick Castle, starting and finishing by the River Aln beside the castle. Routes run through Hulne Park, the Priory and parts of the castle grounds, using a mix of parkland and estate tracks.

The event is held at The Peth, Alnwick NE66 2LA. Free on-site parking is provided for participants. Live chip timing is supplied by Timing Up North. Cani-cross is not permitted due to site restrictions.

All finishers receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, a snack and a drink. An exclusive event T-shirt is available for purchase for £14. The event donates £4 from every entry to NE Youth, a regional youth development charity.

Course information notes varied terrain and some hills on the routes. Route maps are provided by the organiser for each distance. Entry prices for the two available offers range from £26 to £29.
