Aiken Trailblazer at Stable View
The Aiken Trailblazer at Stable View is a multi-distance trail running event held at Stable View in Aiken, South Carolina on April 17, 2027. The event uses trails lined with longleaf pines on the Stable View property and includes a mix of trail and road running formats.
Distances offered:
- Marathon - 26.2 miles
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles
- 15K - 15 kilometers
- 5K - 5 kilometers
- Kids Fun Run - 1 kilometer
- Tot Trot for ages 6 and under
Aid stations for the Half Marathon and 15K provide water at several mile points, Nuun electrolyte drink at selected locations, and Gu Chews on later miles. The 5K has water available around mile 1.5. Finisher items and post-race services include a finisher medal, a t-shirt, post-race food provided by The Bistro at Stable View, and access to hot showers.
Parking and lodging options are available at Stable View, including RV hook ups and on-site lodging. Packet pickup is offered the day before and the morning of the event. Registration fees vary by event with amounts listed for each race; registration windows begin in 2026 and many races close in early 2027. The event is held rain or shine and is listed as nonrefundable.
Awards are given to the top three female and male overall finishers in the Half Marathon, 15K and 5K, plus first male and female masters and standard age group categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
